Receipt Page

Note: In order to reach this page and perform a stock receipt, the RoleThe role is a collection of system features. Each feature has an access level of either read-only or edit. A role is assigned to a user. The user has access to the features found in the role. of the Logged-in UserAn IntelliTrack user has an account with IntelliTrack and uses the software; is active in the system; has a valid username and password; is assigned to at least one division and one site; has a default division and a default site. The user is designated as either an Administrative User or a Standard User. must include the Receipt featureThis feature is available in edit mode. Access to this feature enables the Inventory > Stock > Receipt option in the web application and Orders > Receipt option in the mobile application. The user may perform a stock item receipt at the Receipt page in the web application and the Receipt screen in the mobile application..

A receipt is an inbound order to your warehouse that involves the receipt of incoming goods into inventory. The item or items are received from a vendor. IntelliTrack Inventory accommodates stock receipts at the Receipt page. A stock receipt order requires an order number, a vendor, and at least one item for stock receipt.

To reach the Receipt page, select Stock > Receipt.

The Receipt page appears.

Use Receipts, to receive items into stock and update the quantity on hand. Each Receipt requires an order number, order date, vendor, and at least one item for receipt. Once a receipt is saved to the system, the item inventory quantity is adjusted and a receipt transaction record is generated and displayed at the View History page.

Receipt Page Functionality

The Receipt page uses icons to add, edit, and delete data.

	Delete	Click to delete a line item from the receipt.
	Add	Click to add a line item to a receipt.
	Clear	Click to clear line item selection.
	Save	Click to save the receipt order and perform the stock receipt.
	Cancel	Click to cancel the receipt order and the stock receipt.
